Santa’s address database is the largest in the world. And the pressure is on. A mis-delivery to the wrong house means the lost of a life-long customer. And what about the negative PR? Turns out that Santa uses SAS Business Analytics at his North Pole headquarters to keep all those gift lists straight.  Now the elven manufacturing process and naughty/nice business intelligence operations are humming along.
