Excel Balanced Scorecard
Creating a simple balanced scorecard in Excel is the topic of this video. Using Excel to implement weighted indicators for chosen KPIs makes for a straight-forward implementation as this video shows.
First the necessary columns are created in the Excel spreadsheet, then the video shows some simple testing to validate the worksheet. A very simplistic example, but it shows that basic approaches can suffice for many cases.
